Jewish Identity

The first day of class was very interesting, especcially when we were talking about whether or not pets are Jewish. I found it interesting that no one even mentioned that how can a pet be any religion if it is not aware or educated about the religion. I love my dog, and she's def part of the family, but I don't think Reggie knows who Gd is or what praying is or what being Jewish means, Reggis simply knows that my family is her master and she loves us and must protect us.
